Rest & Reconnect LV is designed with accessibility in mind. I'm committed to making every event as welcoming and flexible as possible.

Virtual Meeting Accessibility

For online events, you can expect:

• Live captions available during video calls
• Text chat option - you can participate entirely through chat if you prefer
• Camera optional - no pressure to turn your video on
• Screen reader compatible platforms
• No account required - just click a link to join
• Browser-based - no special software downloads needed

If you need any specific accommodations for virtual meetings, please email me at rest-and-reconnect-social@proton.me and I'll do my best to arrange it.

In-Person Meeting Accessibility

For physical events, I will:

• Choose wheelchair-accessible venues with automatic doors
• Prioritize free or low-cost public spaces (libraries, community centers)
• Provide location details in advance, including parking and public transit info
• Keep events free to attend
• Allow participants to bring their own food and drinks

If you have specific mobility, sensory, or other access needs for in-person events, let me know and I'll work to accommodate them.

General Flexibility

You're always welcome to:

• Join late or leave early
• Take breaks during meetings
• Step away from conversation when you need to
• Participate as much or as little as feels right for you

There's no attendance requirement and no expectation that you'll be "on" the whole time.
