A Space For Everyone

Rest & Reconnect LV is open to people of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences; intended for adults 18 and older. We're building a space where rest is valued and differences are respected.

That said, we need some ground rules to keep this space calm and welcoming for everyone.

How We Interact

We're all adults here. That means:

• You're responsible for your own boundaries. If something bothers you, you're encouraged to say so directly. A simple "I'd rather not talk about this" or "That doesn't work for me" is enough.
• Respect when someone sets a boundary. If someone says no, that's the end of it. No pushing, no questioning why.
• Disagree respectfully. You don't have to agree with everyone, but you do need to be civil. If a conversation isn't working for you, step away from it.
• Camera use is optional. Don't ask people why their camera is off. Don't pressure anyone to turn it on.
• No screenshots or recordings of meetings or conversations without everyone's explicit consent.
• No unsolicited advice. This includes medical advice, product recommendations, or "you should try this" suggestions unless someone specifically asks.

What This Space Is For

This is a social group - not therapy, not medical treatment, not a sales pitch. We're here to connect, share interests, and rest without pressure.

We come here to rest, not perform.
